Swedish Workplace Programme engage partners

Swedish Workplace Programme (SWP) continues to partner with companies and unions who wants to engage with the programme to improve workplace cooperation and dialogue.

SWP has initiated workplace programmes together with two new companies – Atlas Copco in Colombia and Shreeji Chemical Ltd. in Kenya.

As a strategic step to prepare and capacitate union representatives to conduct an effective workplace dialogue SWP has started a cooperation with NUMSA in South Africa and with the Amalgamated Metal Workers Union in Kenya.

SWP is looking forward to facilitating change processes and addressing specific challenges at the workplace together with our partners. We believe that a strengthened workplace cooperation and dialogue will improve the partnership between management, employees and union representatives and contribute to sustainable workplaces in benefit of all parties involved.
