New Report on workplace cooperation in Colombia.
The Swedish Workplace Programme is concluding its first phase in Colombia. We recently launched a new study, in collaboration with Javeriana University, to capture key learnings and provide recommendations on best practices for social dialogue in Colombia. The study, ‘Building Bridges: Best Practices and Recommendations to Promote Social Dialogue in Colombian Workplaces,’ highlights the efforts of eight partner companies over the past five years to strengthen labor relations, productivity, and sustainability through dialogue together with Swedish companies like Epiroc, Volvo, SKF, Electrolux and Securitas.
